Founded by a team of socially committed educators and administrators, the Trust has grown into a respected and result-oriented institution in Tamil Nadu’s Skill Development Ecosystem.
Operating under the flagship of Annai Teresa Institutions, the Trust implements training projects in partnership with various Government Schemes, Public Sector Missions, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs.
Rooted in the belief that "Skill is the new education", the Trust was established to break the cycle of poverty by equipping youth and women with job-ready, income-generating skills. Leadership driving our vision and impact
Mr. Balraj is the driving force behind St. Mary’s Educational Charitable Trust. With a strong academic background in Information Technology and over a decade of experience in the Skill Development Sector, he has successfully led the organization in building an impactful training ecosystem. Under his leadership, the Trust has established multiple training centers, collaborated with government bodies and private corporations, and empowered over 10,000 individuals through skill-based programs. His vision is to create a generation of skilled, self-employed, and job-ready youth.
Mrs. Vasuki brings her expertise in education and administration to ensure the financial transparency, operational efficiency, and strategic growth of the Trust. As Financial Trustee, she oversees budgeting, resource allocation, and project implementation. Her commitment to women’s empowerment and inclusive training makes her a pillar of the Trust’s mission to reach the last mile.
